Cafe Maurice

Although Cafe Maurice opened in October 2010 by Ghassan Srour (Gus) and his Wife Therese Srour, the rich history of Cafe Maurice goes back to 1955 with a family owned French bakery in Lebanon named Patisserie Maurice founded by Gus’s father Chef Maurice Srour. It is here that Gus learned the art of creating pastry from his father and worked in the family business for over 25 years until coming to the United States.
